Monthly Training
Lacrosse Specific Training
Our Monthly Training program consists of private one-on-one training, small group lessons, a conditioning component and a detailed training plan based on your goals and objectives.
You’ll meet with one of our coaches to talk about goals, objectives and then to also conduct a current lacrosse skills and conditioning assessment. Additionally, during the first few consultations we will gather data to create a baseline of your current skill set and conditioning level. After that we will design a custom training plan that will be suited just for you.
You’ll receive up to ten hours of monthly instruction on a weekly basis that includes the following:
- One-on-One Training
- Small Group Lessons
- Conditioning Drills & Activities
- Custom Training Plan
As you continue to build your lacrosse skills and conditioning level, we will introduce higher level lacrosse skills, like game strategy, game situations, stick skills, player/up player down after a yellow card and breaking a stall concepts.
Lacrosse Specific Conditioning
You can couple our lacrosse specific conditioning training with the monthly lacrosse training or utilize separately in order to enhance your overall conditioning that will improve your level of play during games and practices.
We create customized conditioning programs that include aerobic activities like running, field drills, footwork drills and also strength training. Our strength training is designed to create an overall muscular balance for your entire body where we focus on core body and upper body exercises.
The goal is to create a balance overall that way you reduce your chances of injury, increase your cardiovascular fitness, increase your strength, improve your core body musculature and become a more fit athlete, overall.
