Sting Training Camps
We host our training camps three times during the year that include Pre-Summer, Early Fall and Early Winter.
Our sessions are intense 2x weekly sessions for six weeks each that include a back to basics approach emphasizing fundamental lacrosse, like stickwork, shooting, dodging, feeding, cutting, game awareness, double teams, and conditioning.
By the end of our training camp you’ll understand fundamental lacrosse, have dramatically improved stick skills, have an improved understanding of offense and defensive schemes, and you’ll know you are prepared and ready to compete for a place on your high school or club team.
